How can I place an order?
Find the product you like. Choose your size & Add to basket. Then choose whether you want to continue shopping or to go to shopping bag.

What are the different payment options?
Mastercard, visa, Ideal, Bancontact/Mister card, Kbc, Sofort Banking, Belfius, Ing home pay, Giro Pay, Maestro, Carte bleue and Paypal.

 Are there any additional charges to my order?
Shipping costs may be charged. This depends where you package has to be sent to. If you order more than 80€ for shipment to Belgium, Luxemburg and The Netherlands, no shipping will be charged.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be changed or cancelled if the order has not left our warehouse yet.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Please check your confirmation mail. You will find all information about your chosen shipping partner.
Allow 4-7 working days for delivery.

Can I track my order?
Yes, using the tracking number mentioned in the e-mail confirming your order by DPD.

What happens with my order if no one is home when it arrives?
There are different options depending on which shipping partner you chose.
Mostly you get a second offer the day after.

After receiving and checking the returned order in a correct way we will transfer the amount back to your account within 7-14 workdays.
